Our hosting and security systems may process technical details such as IP address, browser type, device type, requested pages, date and time, referring page, and error or security logs. Consent and your choices
By contacting us or submitting a service request, you consent to the reasonable collection, use, and sharing needed to respond and provide the requested service. Marketing messages are not a condition of receiving service. You may withdraw consent for an optional use, subject to legal or contractual limits and reasonable notice.
Cookies and similar technology
The site uses essential browser storage to remember your privacy choice and support basic operation. Essential storage cannot be switched off through our banner because it is needed to remember the choice you made.
Google Analytics is an optional measurement tool. Meta Pixel is an optional advertising measurement tool. These tools may use cookies or similar identifiers and may receive technical information about your visit. They remain off until you choose the matching category. Select Privacy choices in the footer at any time to change your selection. You can also clear site data in your browser.
When information is shared
We may share only what is reasonably needed with employees and contractors working on the request; property owners, managers, strata representatives, or authorized contacts involved in the work; and service providers supporting website hosting, secure communications, scheduling, record keeping, accounting, payments, or IT security. We may also disclose information when required by law, for safety, to collect a debt, or in a business transaction where lawful safeguards apply.
Some service providers, including Google and Meta when enabled, may process information outside British Columbia or Canada. Information in another country may be available to courts, law enforcement, or regulators under that country’s laws.
Retention and protection
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose and for warranty, accounting, safety, insurance, dispute, and legal requirements. We then delete, destroy, or anonymize it using reasonable methods. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Access, correction, and complaints
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access to it, or ask us to correct it. We may need to verify your identity. Legal exceptions may limit access in some cases. Contact the Privacy Officer using the details above. We will review and respond within the time required by applicable law.
If a concern is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia ↗.
